Terms of Service
Last updated: July 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of Tickbook, the customer support workspace available at tickbook.app and app.tickbook.app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
1. Early-access service
Tickbook is currently offered as an early-access product. Features may change, be removed, or occasionally break. We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not yet offer a contractual uptime commitment or SLA.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your password and multi-factor credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your content
Tickets, conversations, contacts, articles, guides, and attachments created in your workspace belong to you and your organization. You grant us only the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content in order to run the service. We do not use your content for advertising or to train models.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tickbook to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
- store or distribute malware, or attempt to breach the service’s security;
- violate applicable law, including data protection law applicable to the personal data you process;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- resell the service or misrepresent your affiliation with Tickbook.
5. Customer data responsibilities
When you use Tickbook to communicate with your own customers, you act as the data controller for their personal data and we act as your processor, handling it as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process that data.
6. Fees
The service is free of charge during early access. If paid plans are introduced, we will announce pricing in advance, and continued use of paid features will require an active subscription. See Pricing for the current state.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your workspace. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or remain inactive for an extended period, with notice where practical.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (zero during free early access). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will revise the date above and notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
